Billing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It has no time limit and needs no card: you only enter payment details if you choose a paid plan.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan?
No. Saypage works on the Free plans of Claude and ChatGPT too. Your Saypage plan is separate from your assistant's.
How am I billed?
Monthly, in US dollars, plus the sales tax or VAT of your country where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe: checkout, receipts and the line on your bank statement come from Link, Stripe's checkout.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time, from Manage billing in your account. A bigger plan starts at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; a smaller one credits what's left to your next bills.
How do I cancel?
From Manage billing in your account, at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. Your pages stay online as they are but leave search results.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Your assistant tells you which limit you reached and what you can do. It never unpublishes a page, pauses an automation or deletes anything on its own. Once the month's DMs are used, new commenters get no DM until the next month starts.
What counts as a DM or a page update?
Each comment an automation answers is one DM, however many messages follow. Each time a page goes live is one page update: drafts and previews never count. Both restart on the first day of each month (UTC).
Can I buy a plan from ChatGPT or Claude?
No. Plans are bought here on saypage.ai, never inside your assistant. Your assistant can tell you how many DMs and page updates you have left this month.
